Elizabeth is an Executive Coach, passionate about helping clients be the best leaders they can be in service of their teams, organizations, and wider stakeholders. She supports leaders to develop their “signature presence”, help them increase their self-awareness, and understand their impact on those they work with as well as be able to “self-coach”. Her leadership coaching experience bridges across the Asia Pacific.  Elizabeth brings to her client work curiosity, challenge, empathy, and a sense of humor while simultaneously focusing on the clients’ business imperatives.

Elizabeth started her learning and development career with Kobe Steel, located in Tokyo. She spent 14 years at AIG Japan where she held a variety of different roles, including responsibility for establishing and managing AIG Japan’s talent management program. She was also the General Manager for Learning and Development at AXA Life, in Japan. Elizabeth has lived and worked in the PRC, the Philippines, and India where she designed and delivered a variety of leadership workshops and undertook a range of coaching assignments. Her wide Asian experience gives her strong insights into the challenges of working with multi-national teams and different cultural backgrounds.
